If you wish to use a circular scupper, submit an appeal to the building offical and provide the calculations that show it will have performance at least equivalent to the code-minimum scupper. 2. The "concealed internal temperature control mixer" will not guarantee a maximum temperature of 110 degrees Fahrenheit. Provide an ASSE listed device to control the water temperature. |
