This comment has not been addressed. Provide a copy of the last approved site plan for review comparison. Additional comments may be forth coming based on this plan. 2. This site contains four (4) separate parcels therefore you will need to show how the parcels can work as stand alone parcels if sold separately or provide verification that a Pima County Tax Parcel Combination has been completed. Zoning acknowledges your response to the above comment. Provide a lot combination for the 3 parcels which the Assessor will allow and provide a covenant regarding development and use of real property for the two remaining parcels. I have attached a copy of the covenant to the plans. Provide recording docket and page information on the site plan for the covenant. Clearly indicate the property line between the two parcels which will remain. Provide distance and bearing for this property line.
