COMMENTS: the following comments are relative to an application for a Design Development Option (DDO).


This site is located in the HR-2 Zone (LUC Section 2.3.5.2.A.1). The Development Designator is "I" (LUC Section 3.2.3.1.B) and the Perimeter Yard Indicator is AA (LUC Section 3.2.6.4).

This site is located in a Historic Preservation Zone (HPZ). Historic review is required (LUC Section 2.8.8.5).

The minimum setback for the proposed garage is the greater of six (6) feet or two-thirds (2/3) the height of the structure's wall facing each interior property line (LUC Section 3.2.3.B and 3.2.6.4). The required setback to the north property line is eight (8) feet nine (9) inches (LUC Section 3.2.6.4). The required setback to the east property line six (6) feet eight (8) inches (LUC Section 3.2.6.4). The proposed setback to each property line is four (4) feet.
