2. Per City of Tucson commercial submittal requirements need to include IECC light budget calculations and switching.

3. Lighting plan E1 shows duplex receptacle tied in with switch leg in RM 102 and switch leg controlled by flourescent dimmer.

4. Air conditioning loads to be calculated per NEC 220.50 and 440.6 exception #1. Branch cicuit selection current is given in table on sheet M1.

5. Per City of Tucson Commercial submittal requirements and NEC 220.50, 440.7 include 25% for largest motor load in load calculations.

2. Provide a drain to an approved location for the watertight pan under the water heater. Reference: Section 508.4, UPC 2006.
3. Provide a vacuum relief for the storage-type water heater. Reference: Section 608.7, UPC 2006.
4. Given the temperature range of the water supply in Tucson (as high as 90.3 degrees Fahrenheit), specify how the instantaneous water heater that delivers a 41degree Fahrenheit rise to the lavatory faucet can guarantee a maximum delivery temperature of 110 degrees Fahrenheit. Reference: Section 413.1, UPC 2006 and Section 504.3, IECC 2006. (Also, the Bosch Model RP3P appears to be an obsolete model.)
5. Provide a drinking fountain that meets the accessibility requirements as shown in Section 1109.5, IBC 2006. (A permanently connected water dispenser with cups mounted at an accessible height is an acceptable alternative.)
