The fixture units for the water closets and the urinals appear to have been taken from Table 6-7, UPC 2006 (which is to be used only with Table 6-5, UPC 2006) but the pipe sizing seems to be from Appendix A, UPC 2006. In addition, the maximum allowable velocity for copper tubing is 8 FPS (CW) and 5 FPS (HW), not 10 FPS. Provide a design for the mounting shelf for the water heater along with structural calculations to show that the water heater is safely supported.
