Sheet E-6 list the service entrance conductors as 3 sets of 4# 500MCM's which amount to (380x3) =1140 amps.The 2005 NEC Section 240-4 C requires where if overcurrent device is rated over 800 amps, that the ampacity of the conductors it protects shall be equal to the overcurrent device or greater. Everything else ok.
