T09CM01728 Building Plan (1st Review) TRANSMITTAL DATE: July 2, 2009 1. The building plan has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed. 2. Based on Development Plan D02-0019 it appears that the proposed vending machine and an existing building column reduce the sidewalk width to less than 4'-0" On the provided detail show a dimension between the proposed vending machine and the building column. 3. Per D.S. 2-08.5.1.A the minimum width of a sidewalk is four (4) feet wide. This said Sheet A3 shows a dimension of "3'-0" MINIMUM CLEARENCE" this should reference 4'-0" MINIMUM CLEARENCE. Also indicated on sheet A3 that a minimum clearance of 4'-0" will be maintained between any buildingcolumn and the proposed DVD Vending Machine. 4. Zoning will re-review the building plan on the next submittal to insure compliance with the approved and stamped site plan. Additional comments may be forthcoming.
