Building Plan (1st Review)

TRANSMITTAL DATE: July 2, 2009

1. The building plan has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed.

2. Provide a copy of the last approved site or development plan with the next submittal. The plan submitted is a grading plan and does not show the locations of items such as bicycle parking, etc.

3. Per D.S. 2-08.5.1.A the minimum width of a sidewalk is four (4) feet wide. This said Sheet A3 shows a dimension of "3'-0" MINIMUM CLEARENCE" this should reference 4'-0" MINIMUM CLEARENCE. Also indicated on sheet A3 that a minimum clearance of 4'-0" will be maintained between any buildingcolumn and the proposed DVD Vending Machine.

4. Zoning will re-review the building plan on the next submittal to insure compliance with the approved and stamped site plan. Additional comments may be forthcoming.
