COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along with redlines and a response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Land Use Code and Development Standards were addressed.

1. Provide docket and page recording information for the abandonment of the indicated ingress/egress easement which is shown as being recorded in docket 11081 page 608 on the site plan.

2. Provide a copy of the legal description for the new ingress/egress/utility easement indicated on the lot split plan S08-136 as being proposed. Note: this easement shown on the lot split plan does not appear to include the east end of the hammer head paving area. A new easement will be required to be provided to include this area. Provide on the plans the recording docket and page for this ingress/egress/utility easement. Provide a copy of the legal description of the new easement for review.

If a new easement is to be written it should be large enough to include the required future pedestrian circulation path (sidewalk) from Irvington Rd to Lot "A".

3. Provide docket and page information for the 20 X 20 sign easement indicated on the site plan.

4. Future development will require a pedestrian circulation path to be installed from Irvington Rd. to Lot "A" and Lot "B".
