Show how 8% of natural is provided to the existing activity room as per section R303.1. 3. Identify all the ceiling heights on the modified floor plan as per section R305.1. 4. Provide a tub enclosure specification note referencing to nonabsorbent wall surfaces and fiber cement backer board. 5. Note on the foundation plan what the top of foundation elevation is in relation to the elevation of the street gutter, as per section r403.1.7.3 it is to be extended 12" plus 2% for new construction. 6. Provide values for roof dead and live loads. 7. Provide a header schedule consistent with table 502.5(1) or specify size of steel lintels. 8. Specify on the elevationsm, the height above grade for finished floor, windows/doors, exterior walls, rooflines, porches and etc. 9. For the stucco finish, indicate the ICBO #, system name and vapor barrier as per section R703.6. 10. Show stucco weep screeds 4" above grade or 2" above paving as per section RR703.6.2.1. 11. Please provide a detail for blocking at floor joists ends and bearing walls. 12. Please provide a detail for ledgers to masonry and /or framing. 13. Please provide details for non bearing interior wall conditions, floor and rafer/joist connections and gaps. 14. Please specify wall and ceiling covering. Note ceilingh gypsum board to be 5/8" or 1/2" sag resistant when applied to ceilings framed @ 24" o.c., IRC table 207.3.5, footnote "d". 15. Provide a 1" clearance between ceiling insulation and roof sheathing, R806.3. 16. Specify ledger connections to masonry wall, 3 x ledger material required, figure 606.11(1). 17. Specify lateral support of masonry walls, R606.9. 18. Provide an electrical riser diagram with grounding method and bonding to metallic piping, E3303, E3507. 19. Provide riser diagrams for sub-panels with feeder conductors, conduit sizes, and over-current protection (with appropriate correction factors), E3605.5. 20. Provide a panel schedule: panel size, circuit numbers, ampacity, and wire sizes, E3304.11, E3606.2. 21. Lights installed over a shower or bathtub must be approved for use in wet area, E3903.8 22.
