Engineering Division does not recommend approval of the site plan at this time. Please address the following review comments prior to the next submittal. Please include a response letter to the comments along with the corrected copies of the Building Plan. Building Plan: 1. The purpose of this review is to calculate the Base Flood Elevation (BFE) for the permitting of an existing non permitted guest house that was converted from a garage to a dwelling. 2. The calculated Base Flood Elevation (BFE) = 2447.6 and the Regulatory Finished Floor Elevation (RFE) = 2248.6 3. The Elevation Certificate has been provided. Resubmit for further review. 4.
