COMMENTS: the following comments are relative to an application for a Design Development Option (DDO).


This site is located in the R-2 Zone (LUC Section 2.3.5.2.A.1). The Development Designator is "I" (LUC Section 3.2.3.1.B) and the Perimeter Yard Indication is AA (LUC Section 3.2.6.4).

The minimum setback to the east property line is the greater of six (6) feet or two-thirds (2/3) height for the proposed spa and sauna (LUC Section 3.2.3.1.B & 3.2.3.1.B). The required setback is six (6) feet and the proposed setback is two (2) feet nine (9) inches.
