1. The building plan has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed.

2. Provide a parking calculation for the instructional school based on LUC Section 3.3.4 Motor Vehicle: SA. One (1) space per two hundred (200) sq. ft. GFA or one (1) space per two hundred fifty (250) sq. ft. of office area plus one (1) space per one hundred (100) sq. ft. of classroom area, whichever is greater. This calculation must include all existing tenants.
