Engineering Division does not recommend approval of the plan sets at this time. The following items need to be addressed: SITE PLAN COMMENTS: 1) DS Sec.2-02.2.1.A.5: Revise the site plan to label the bearings for the dimensions provided for the property boundaries. 2) DS Sec.2-02.2.1.A.8: Revise the site plan to provide for the required wheel stops to prevent vehicles from encroaching into the existing fence surrounding the property. If the parking spaces are proposed at 18-feet then wheel stops will be required to allow for the required 2.5 foot overhang at these areas. 3) DS Sec.2-02.2.1.A.10: Revise the site plan to label and dimension the sight visibility triangles for the intersection of the PAAL access and Cushing Street. Provide the dimension for the near side of the triangle per DS Sec.3-01.5.3. 4) DS Sec.2-02.2.1.A.12: Refer to comments from Ron Brown, RA Structural Plans Examiner for all onsite handicap and ADA requirements that apply to this project. 5) DS Sec.2-02.2.1.A.19: Revise the site plan to label Cushing Street as "MS&R Route and Public Street." 6) DS Sec.2-02.2.1.A.19: Revise the site plan to label the shown right-of-way as "Existing/Future." 7) Be advised that further comments may be forth coming on resubmittal of the site plan. BUILDING PLAN COMMENTS: 8) Engineering could not verify that the building plan was in compliance with a stamped approved site plan (T09CM01258). Please submit two copies of the stamped approved site plan with the next building plan submittal. 9) Engineering will re-review the building plan on the next submittal to insure compliance with the approved and stamped site plan.
