Response to question asking for floor slope at floor drains, says to refer to the enlarged architectural drawings. Enlarged restroom plans on sheet A-5 do not show the floor drains nor how to slope the floor to them.
09/18/2009 RONALD BROWN BUILDING-COMMERCIAL REVIEW Denied 1. As per Development Services Department standards, all lettering is to be a minimum of 3/32", all capitals. Please correct the following drawings as requested on previous review: CS, CA2, CA3, and CA4.
2. As per previous review comments, Door 152A requires an 18" clearance at strike jamb.
3. Also previously commented, there is a conflict in details 2AG1.1 and 3/M3.1. Please provide a wall section detail clarifying the exhaust requirements of the back of the hood and how and where the stainless steel finish is located and is supported.
4. The revision sheets are a submittal package not included with the full set of documents. A full set of drawings including revised sheets is required for approval stamp.
