These appear to be new sites and will require a complete rewiew starting with the Zoning Department, also they will require new plumbing and water distribution. 2.Fault current would need to be provided for these new pedistals according to the proximity to TEP transformer. 3.A grounding detail to be provided for the new pedistals 4.Addresses will be required for the new pedistals, such as space numbers. 5.Sheet E-3 Panel C shows secondary feed as 3 # 2's Type Z, in the NEC this insulation is approved for Dry and Damp locations only not Wet, since this will be overhead to the Club house the insulation will have to be approved for outdoors. Also the # 2 conductors are rated for 115 amps and are protected at 180 amps. 7.All conductors used outdoors shall be rated for Weather Locations, plan shows THHN which is not outdoor rated.
