The following comments were not addressed: 1. Based on the Major Streets and Routes Plan the future curbs are not shown correctly. Based on the future right-of-way shown on this plan and a curb location of 9'-0" for Speedway Blvd, the proposed enclosure does not appear to meet setbacks. A Board of Adjustment for Variance may be required. Provide a site plan that shows the proposed equipment enclosure in relation to the future curbs and right-of-way (ROW) along both Speedway Blvd. and Harrison Rd. This plan needs to include the required intersection widening per the City of Tucson Major Street and Route Map. Contact the DSD Engineering Review Section in regards to future curb and ROW. 2. Zoning acknowledges the "(FUTURE) SIGHT VISIBILITY TRIANGLES - 4-WAY INTERSECTION" detail shown on the plan but the future SVT's need to be shown on the plan along with the proposed enclosure once the future curbs are shown correctly. The SVT plan needs to be at an engineering scale not an architectural scale. Provide existing and future sight visibility triangles (SVT's) on the plan. See D.S. 3-01.5.0 contact the DSD Engineering Review Section. 3. Zoning will re-review the Cell Tower plan on the next submittal to insure compliance with the above comments. Additional comments may be forthcoming. Additional comments: 4. Zoning cannot approved the plan until the plan is approved and stamped by the Special Exception. Provide a copy of the approved plans with your next submittal.
