The following comments were not addressed: 1. Provide a site plan that shows the proposed equipment enclosure in relation to the future curbs and right-of-way (ROW) along both Speedway Blvd. and Harrison Rd. This plan needs to include the required intersection widening per the City of Tucson Major Street and Route Map. Contact the DSD Engineering Review Section in regards to future curb and ROW. 2. Provide street perimeter yard setback dimensions per LUC Section 3.2.6.5.B on the plan. 3. Provide existing and future sight visibility triangles on the plan. See D.S. 3-01.5.0 contact the DSD Engineering Review Section. 4. Zoning will re-review the Cell Tower plan on the next submittal to insure compliance with the above comments. Additional comments may be forthcoming. Additional comments: 5. Zoning cannot approved the plan until the plan is approved and stamped by the Special Exception. Provide a copy of the approved plans with your next submittal.
