3. Clarify the location of the water heater serving the restrooms; is it floor-mounted or supported from the building structure. If it is not floor-mounted, provide information to show how the proposed water heater is to be supported from the building structure. Reference: Section 314.5, UPC 2006.
4. Show that the floors in the restrooms slope toward the floor drains. Reference: Section 411.2, UPC 2006.
5. Show how the temperature of the hot water supply to the public lavatories is controlled. Reference: Section 413.1, UPC 2006 and Section 504.3, IECC 2006.
6. Show how the new water, waste and vent piping relates to the existing water supply and waste and vent systems and show that the additional connections do not cause the existing piping to be overloaded. Reference: Section 101.5.1, UPC 2006.
7. Provide information to show that the termination of a temperature and pressure relief from a water heater over the specified floor drain will not cause splashing or flooding. Reference: Sections 608.5 and 804.1, UPC 2006.
8. Provide water pressure and water pipe sizing calculations. Reference: Section 610.1, UPC 2006.
9. Provide upper terminal cleanouts on horizontal drainage pipes exceeding 5 feet in length (horizontal drain lines serving sinks and urinals require cleanouts regardless of length). Reference: Section 707.4, UPC 2006.

7. Provide sufficient heat for the new stock room to maintain a minimum temperature of 68 F on a design heating day (32 F). Reference: Section 309.1, IMC 2006.
8. Provide calculations demonstrating adequate ventilation. Reference: Section 403.1, IMC 2006.
9. Provide balancing data for the restroom exhaust fan. Ventilation for restrooms in public spaces requires a minimum of 75 CFM of mechanical exhaust per water closet or urinal. Reference: Section 106.3.1 and Table 403.3, IMC 2006.
10. Complete recirculation of ventilation air from toilet rooms is prohibited. Controlling the exhaust fan with the room lights will result in complete recirculation whenever the lights are off. Reference: Section 403.2.1 (3), IMC 2006.
