Alvernon T09CM00599 Building Plan (1st Review) TRANSMITTAL DATE: March 27, 2009 1. The building plan has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed. 2. Based on the building elevations and sections the west exterior wall is 16'-0" to finished floor. This said the measurement used for perimeter yard is based on the height of the exterior wall measured from design grade which would make the exterior wall 16'-6". The required perimeter yard would be 12.375', the approved development plan shows a perimeter yard width of 12.0'. Either revise the exterior wall height or the development plan to meet the setback requirements. 3. Zoning will re-review the building plan on the next submittal to insure compliance with the approved and stamped development plan. Additional comments may be forthcoming.
