The addition has been built 2 feet from the west property line. The minimum building setback requirement is based on the greatest of 6 feet or 2/3rds the height of the wall adjacent to the west property line. Based on the wall height of 7'-6" the minimum setback required is 6 feet the owner proposes 2 feet.
