The DDO process and approval is required for the proposed East and North setbacks. The greater of six (6) feet or two-thirds (2/3) the height (H) of each of the structure's wall facing any interior property line is required (LUC Section 3.2.6.4). The structure's wall height (H) is seventeen (17) feet, ten (10) inches facing the East property line. The required setback is eleven (11) feet, eleven (11) inches. The proposed setback is three (3) feet, four (4) inches. The structure's wall height (H) is twenty-three (23) feet, four (4) inches facing the North property line.
