Comments:

1. The building plan has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan as submitted. Per Development plan D07-0017 and sheet A1.2 of the building plans, there is a 20' space between building 1-N and building 1-S. The building 1-N per the building plans is 100' in length. Per the DP the maximum length of the building is 80'. Revise the building plan to comply or a revised development plan will be required to accommodate the increase in the size of the building,.
