COMMENTS: the following comments are relative to an application for a Design Development Option (DDO) neighbor sign-off and/or Historic Review.


This site is located in the HR-2 Zone (LUC Section 2.3.5.2.A.1). Historic review is required (LUC Section 2.8.8.6). The Development Designator is "I" (LUC Section 3.2.3.1.B) and the Perimeter Yard Indicator is AA (LUC Section 3.2.6.4).

The proposed garage is a detached accessory structure (LUC Section 3.2.5.3). The required setback is the greater of six (6) feet or two-thirds (2/3) the height (H) to the interior lit lines. Six feet eight inches (6'-8") is required to the west property line (LUC Section 3.2.6.4). Four feet (4'-0") is proposed.
