No machinery and equipment which service a building such as furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, hot water heaters, washers, dryers, elevator lift equipment, electrical junction and circuit breaker boxes, and food freezers are permitted. 5. Shed to have a minimum of two openings installed with a total net area of not less than one square inch for every square foot of enclosed area subject to flooding shall be provided. a. The bottom of all openings shall be no higher than one foot above grade. b. Openings may be equipped with screens, louvers, valves or other coverings or devices provided that they permit the automatic entry and exit of floodwaters. 6.
