This site plan was reviewed for compliance with the City of Tucson Development Standards (D.S.) and Land Use Code (LUC) for full code compliance for the effected areas. 2. D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.8 On detail "L" the A- Parking angle dimension is shown incorrectly, refer to LUC Section 3.3.7.2. The C - Space depth and E Curb length dimensions were not provided. 3. D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.9 Zoning acknowledges bicycle parking details E & F on sheet C-501. These details do not provide a fully dimensioned layout, refer to D.S. 2-095.1.A & B and D.S. 2-095.2. 4. D.S. 2-02.2.2.A.3 Provide the allowed lot coverage on the plan. 5. The area directly adjacent to the east side of the proposed expansion is shown as existing pavement on sheet C-101 and is shown as a landscaped area on sheets AS-102 and AS-105, please clarify what this area will be. 6. COT 207 is for public right of way construction only and ADA is for COT and/or Federally owned and operaterated properties.. b. Generic details are not acceptable. Please provide an accurate detail as shown on the site plan and coordinate the actual length per the elevation shown on the civil drawings, 6" = 6' in length. Please show all dimensions and grade elevations required to comply with Section 406. 2. What happen to concrete walk accessible route connection to proposed building exit at the West side? This connection is needed. SHEET C-102 3. Please provide spot grades for serpintine ramp, stairs to main entrance and at all marked crossing curb ramps. SHEET C-501 4. Detail Nos. L and M: Show location of signs. 5. Detail Nos. L and D: provide complete dimensions 6. Detrail L, Curb Ramp with Flared Sides: a. Delete reference to ADA, use ICC/ANSI 117.1 b. Generic details are not aceptable, probviode plan of exac t site plan designed element, to scale. Show all dimensions and spot grades required to comply with Section 406. Flared side to be a min slope of 1:10. 7. Detail G: Fine is now $532.00. SHEET AS-103: 8. Curb ramps at both marked crossings appear to be too long for height of curb. Reference Civil drawings and provide spot grades for most easterly ramp on Civil drawing. 9. Provide additional dimernsions as required to determine compliance with code. 10. provide large scale details of all different types of ramps. Generic ramp details not acceptable. 11.
