COMMENTS: the following comments are relative to an application for a Design Development Option (DDO).


This site is located in the MH-1 (LUC Section 2.3.7.2.A.1). The Development Designator is "G" (LUC Section 3.2.3.1.B) and the Perimeter Yard Indicator is AA (LUC Section 3.2.6.4).

The site is OK. A DDO is required for the west setback. The greater of six (6) feet or two-thirds (2/3) the height (H) of the structure's wall facing the property line is required. Nine (9) feet is required for the height of twelve feet eight inches (12'-8") (LUC Section 3.2.6.4). A zero setback is proposed.
