Revise the plans and report to address the following comments. 1. In the drainage report, discuss any off site drainage that affects the parcel. Clearly describe the amount of water held by the proposed walls and demonstrate that it will be adequately managed. 2. Clearly indicate the scope and nature of work. On all plans sheets indicate what is existing and what is proposed. Ensure that the plans are consistent in depiction of pavement marking and striping. For example the site sheets show basketball striping and a ramp where the grading sheets show parking spaces. 3. Show how the drainage from all areas of the site and any offsite flows will be managed on the site. |
