Engineering Division does not recommend approval of the grading plan and drainage report at this time. Please address the following review comments prior to the next submittal. Grading plan cannot be approved until all conditions of the site plan have been met. Provide approved DSMR and add DSMR number onto all sheets along with the other associated permit numbers. Please include a response letter to the comments along with the corrected copies of the site plan, grading plan and drainage report with the next submittal. Grading Plan: 8. Provide the water surface elevations and limits of the 100-year floodplain on the grading plan. Note: Show cross sections on site/grading plan so that they match the cross sections identified in the Hydrology report. Additional Comment: Drainage Statement does not match the summary of the Hydrology report. 100-year Water Surface elevations and minimum finished floor elevations do not match. Please revise accordingly. Hydrology Report: 4. Revise report for further review. Revise site plan to meet the conditions identified in the Hydrology report. 5.
