The grading plan has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until it has been approved by the Engineering, and Landscape Review Sections and until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed. 2. Zoning could not verify that the grading plan was in compliance with the approved site plan. Please submit two copies of the approved and stamped site, landscape, and NPPO plans with the next grading plan submittal. 3. Zoning will re-review the grading plan on the next submittal to insure compliance with the approved and stamped site plan. Additional comments may be forthcoming. Speedway Blvd Grading Plan T09BU00776 (Second Review) T14S, R14E, Section 11 RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: Grading Plan and Drainage Statement. The Grading Plan (GP), Drainage Statement (DS) cannot be approved as submitted. Please address the following review comments prior to the next submittal. Grading Plan: 1. The Grading Plan cannot be approved prior to the approval of the Site plan. Additional comments to the GP may be forth coming due to the changes that may occur on the site plan. 2. Please include a response letter to the comments along with the corrected copies of the GP. 3. Show refuse container location, size, and access thereto fully dimensioned per D.S. 2-02.2.1.32 and D.S. 6-01.0. The site plan and grading plan are combined so the detail shall be shown on the detail sheet fully dimensioned. The service vehicle cannot reverse in excess of 40' in order to exit the site. The service vehicle cannot reverse in excess of 50' in order to exit the site. See redlines. Drainage Statement: 1. Please include a response letter to the comments along with the corrected copies of the DS. 2. It appears that the WSEL at the upstream portion of the building is too low. Perhaps a WSEL of 2510.65 should be used for the BFE. Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan 1. The SWPPP has been accepted by engineering.
