Owner proposes to construct a masonry wall along the southwest side of the site. The property is zoned historic and is bounded along the southwest side of the property by HR2. The proposed wall height is from 7'-6" hgt. (40 LF) to 10'-10" hgt. (11'-4" LF).

The minimum setback for a wall adjacent HR2 is 1.5 times the height. 40 linear feet of the wall must meet a minimum setback of 11'. 11'-3" linear feet of wall must meet a minimum setback of 15 feet.
