Engineering Division does not recommend approval of the grading plan at this time. Please address the following review comments prior to the next submittal. RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: Grading Plan, Drainage Report and Floodplain Use Permit The Grading Plan (GP) cannot be approved as submitted. Please address the following review comments prior to the next submittal. Please include a response letter to the comments along with the corrected copies of the GP. Provide drainage report with next submittal. Submit Floodplain Use permit with next submittal. RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: Grading Plan 1. DS Sec.10-02.12.2.1.4: Streets required for paved, permanent access shall be designed and constructed so that the flow depths over them do not exceed one foot in depth during a base (i.e., 100-year) flood. Provide all weather access discussion/calculations for proposed road. 2. Add water surface elevations to the site plan. 3. Add utility notes to site plan to ensure that all utilities are identified prior to grading construction activities, including any optical line utilities that may be present on the site. 4.
