The grading plan and SWPPP cannot be approved as submitted. The following comments were not adequately addressed in the most recent submittal. Include a response letter clearly describing the revisions made to address each comment. I recommend that you meet with me before submitting these plans again. Contact me at loren.makus@tucsonaz.gov.

SWPPP:
1 Clearly identify in the SWPPP which of the operators are responsible for each of the operator requirements listed in Part 3.B.2 of the permit.
2 Show the location and details for the stabilized construction entrance.
3. Along with your response letter, provide a copy of the ADEQ SWPPP Checklist. The checklist should be completed by clearly identifying where each item has been addressed in the SWPPP.

Grading:
4 Clearly show by details how the perimeter of the site, including walls, gates, fences and the solid waste enclosure relate to the property lines and the adjacent properties.
5 The site plan indicates a fence in various locations on the site. Show the fence on the Grading Plan and in affected details. Clarify how the fence will impact the electrical easements on the parcel.
6 Clearly label all accessible routes and show that the maximum cross slope for all segments of the route will not exceed 2 per cent.
03/03/2009 ANDREW CONNOR NPPO REVIEW Denied 1. Landscaping is required along retention basin side slopes, bottom and periphery. Plant materials used in basins shall withstand periodic inundation. A minimum of 20 trees per acre must be provided, 33% of tress shall be 24" box or larger. A minimum of 2 shrubs for each tree is required per DS 10.01. Revise site & landscape plans to include added basin(s) treatment.

2. The site plan and landscape plan must show identical site layout as the grading plan to avoid conflict between the plans. Ensure that all changes to the grading plan are reflected on the site & landscape plans. Submit revised plans for review.

3. All landscape areas will be depressed to accept water flow from roofs, PAAL, and parking areas. Show by detail or spot elevations how landscape areas will accommodate water harvesting.
