1. This submittal was reviewed for compliance with the Land Use Code, Development Standards and Sections 29-12 through 29-19 Watercourse Amenities, Safety, and Habitat (WASH) Ordinance of the Tucson Code.

2. The Zoning Review Section approves with conditions the WASH Overlay Zone submittal.

3. Should there be any changes requested by other CDRC members, the Zoning Review Section approval is void, and we request copies of the revised Development Plat to verify that those changes do not affect any zoning requirements.

The conditions of approval are as follows: 1) opening and closing of the public comment period, 2) approval by the DSD Director and 3) revise the plans to meet conditions of approval from SAC.



Please add a general note to the plans which state the case number, date of approval, type of overlay and conditions imposed, if any. The case number must be added to each sheet of the plan set in the lower right hand corner.
