That the driveway is 16' in length from the property line to the face of the structure. If the driveway is 16' in length from the curb line to the structure then TDOT-Traffic denies the request based on the following. The future use of vehicles parked in the driveway will straddle the pedestrian area creating conflicts with pedestrians. The future use of vehicles parked in the driveway may straddle the outer boundaries of the roadway creating a conflict with approaching vehicles along Venice Avenue.
