| 12/03/2008 | GARY WITTWER | DOT LANDSCAPE | REVIEW | Denied | Please address the hardscape within the median island. It should match existing and extend back to the east as needed. We do not have any irrigation is this median. All disturbed areas within ROW need to be fine graded to match existing. (DG where existing) Sidewalk on private property on Langley? |
| 12/04/2008 | LANCE PETERSON | DOT STREET MAINTENANCE | REVIEW | Denied | We have reviewed this plan and have the following comments: 1. Please shoe the visibility triangle. 2 Page 5 - Curve Table #7 - The radius needs to be larger. 3. Entrance "A" Grate Inlet - Is it possible to relocate this inlet or go to a curb inlet? This would reduce potential traffic hazzard durning storm events. 4. All work in the right of way needs to be coordinated with Paul Rosenboom at 791-5279 ext 234 to prevent damage to existing irrigation and landscaping. 5. Is the median going to be hardscaped or left dirt after it is reconstructed? Also, I would like the rock to be salvaged. City of Tucson, Streets will pick up the rock after the contractor removes it. HP & PR No further comments. |
