The following comments need to be addressed in the next submittal. 1. Include the plan number "I-2008-030" in title block of each sheet. 2. Include Development Services Department PIA activity number "T08PI00028"on cover sheet. 3. Use standard abbreviations per PC/COT Standard detail 101. 4. Provide stationing, offsets and elevations for all ECRs, BCRs and APs. 5. Label roadway centerline, in the plan view, with stationing at 100 and 50 foot intervals. 6. Label all details for clarification. 7. Verify that all pedestrian crosswalks, at the intersections, have a cross slope no grater than 2%. 8. Provide a detail for the proposed local depression at the inlets of sidewalk scuppers. 9. Roadway pavement widths should remain constant a curb transitions. 10. Sheet 7, Curb access ramp details: Label curb at back of ramp, indicate ramp slopes, provide a ramp lengths a minimum of 6' 6". Additionally the tactile warning device only needs to be 2' wide for the width of the ramp. 11. Sheet 5: Verify stationing in profile view near Sta. 13+00 Placita Dos Pesos. Stationing along knuckle is confusing. 12. How and when will rezoning requirements 4, 8, 9, and 10 be addressed. Refer to redline plans for additional comments and comment details. Sheet 1 - Notes - What is the asphalt mix type that will be used for this project? 2. Sheet 4 - Cross Sections - It appears that with the on-street parking that there are only two 8' travel lanes. Has this been approved by Traffic Engineering? 3. Sheet 4 - Cross Sections - One of the roadways has a 4.17% cross slope. Has this been approved by Traffic Engineering? 4. Sheet 4 - Is there any proposed landscaping with this project? If so, please submitt the plan to Paul Rosenboom at 4004 S. Park Avenue Bld #2 for review. Please remember that private irrigation lines can not be under public roadways without an easement. 5. Sheet 6 - Spillway Detail - It appears that two different treatments are called out for the spillway. One is rip rap over a filter fabric and the other is rip rap placed in morter. Please clarify. 6. All work in the public right of way needs to be coordinated with Paul Rosenboom at 791-5279 ext 234 to prevent damage to existing landscaping and irrigation. No further comments |

The following items must be revised or added to the plan. 1. Include a response letter with the next submittal that states how all comments have been addressed. 2. See redlines on the submitted drawings and address the additional redline comments. During the next submittal please re-submit the roll of redlines for back checking purposes. 3. Install street names at the proposed roadway entering this development off of Escalante Road per PCDOT & TDOT Signing Manual (2002) Chap 5-11, 5-12, and Chap 9-2. 4.
