2. Submit a copy of the approved Tentative Plat.

3. Sheet 1, Cover sheet title shall read, "6th Ave. & I-10 Offsite Improvements for Circle K". This title will match for what's shown in the title block. Indicate the new Map & Plat, Book & Page recording information. Plat must be recorded before submittal of mylars for final review and approval. See redlines.

4. All Easements, dedications, right-of-way should be depicted in plan view and labeled with recordation information (docket/page or plat book/page).

5. Correct the title blocks to match the attached outline. See title block areas.

14. Follow the City of Tucson, Engineering Division Active Practice Guidelines for Drafting Standards for the preparation of Project Plans, Office Procedure No. 8-1552-002. (attached).

15. Sheet 2, Indicate a full right-of-way width cross section detail with dimensions, labels, existing and proposed structures for 6th Ave. Include all dedicated easements.

16. Hinge points of cut and fill slopes must have a minimum setback of two feet from right-of-way. (Slope on private side). D.S. 11-01.9.0 (9.2, 9.3 & Figure 2) Indicate this information in cross section detail.

17. Existing pavement thickness and surface treatment shall be matched. Indicate this information in cross section detail when calling out "Saw-cut".

19. Delineate existing & proposed ADOT & COT right-of-way, Centerline, Property line, utilities, easements, drainage structures. 2. Please submit a landscape and irrigation plan to mitigate the impacts. Relocate existing tree or provide new 24" box. Relocate tree grate to a location north of the new drive.
3. The sidewalk and median island hardscape must match existing concrete headers and pavers.
4. Provide 4" PVC sleeving under new paving, and relocate irrigation line. Match existing irrigation equipment/materials.

Resubmittal Required: Traffic Engineering does not recommend approval of the PIA Plan; therefore a revised PIA Plan is required for re-submittal.

The following items must be revised or added to the plan.

1. Include a response letter with the next submittal that states how all comments have been addressed.

2. See redlines on the submitted drawings and address the additional redline comments. During the next submittal please re-submit the roll of redlines for back checking purposes.

3. Provide an end median signage treatment per PCDOT & TDOT Signing Manual (2002) Chap 9-4A & 9-4B.

4. Re-stripe the bike lane along 6th Avenue at the access point into this development per PCDOT & TDOT Pavement Marking Design Manual (2003) Chapter 3-4.

5. Re-stripe the new median end/gore transition per PCDOT & TDOT Pavement Marking Design Manual (2002) Chapter 4-4 and Chapter 5-13. If possible, match the existing striping taper and location of the gore transition.

6. Show existing striping in plan view to establish tie in points for the proposed striping. The existing striping will change due to a RTA bike lane striping project slated for mid October, therefore the existing striping to be shown on the plans need to reflect the re-striping project scheduled for mid October. Contact Jose Ortiz to retrieve proposed striping plans.

7. Place the PIA and CDRC Case number on the cover sheet.

8. Add the following Signing General Notes 5(a) & 5(b) per PCDOT & TDOT Signing Manual (2002) (Chapter 1, Sheet 12) to the Plans.

9. Add the following Pavement Marking/Striping General Notes to the Plans:

'ALL STREET STRIPING & SIGNAGE TO BE COORDINATED WITH C.O.T. TRAFFIC ENGINEERING CALL 791-4259 A MINIMUM OF 48 HOURS PRIOR TO THE INSTALLATION OR REMOVAL OF ANY SIGNAGE OR STRIPING. ALL REQUIRED STRIPING AND SIGNAGE WILL BE INSTALLED AT THE CONTRACTOR'S EXPENSE. NEW STRIPING TO BE THERMOPLASTIC MATERIAL. USE 2" SQUARE-TUBE POST AND SQUARE TUBE POST FOUNDATIONS FOR SIGNING.
