1.Sheet 3 - Please refer to the redlines on the plans. If trees are going to be removed, can the irrigation line be capped south of the driveway and terminated? This is the end of the line.
2. As of today, landscape plans have not been submitted to Paul Rosenboom at 4004 S. Park Avenue for review.

12/02/2008 GARY WITTWER DOT LANDSCAPE REVIEW Denied 1. Since the trees are now to be removed, please take out the sleeve under the entry.
2. Please add a note that the tree grates are to be salvaged the delivered to the Streets Department at Park and Ajo. Call 791-5279 ext. 234 to coordinate.
3. Please add a note to cut and provide a flush end cap per TDOT standard on the south side of the new entry and after the last tree.
4. Along with the note that calls for the two existing trees to be remove, please add that the two tree must be mitigated with two new 15 gal Sweet Acacia trees to be located south of the project on S.6th Ave. Location by Gary @TDOT 791-5100.

1. Please include a detail letter of explanation with the next submittal indicating where and how revisions were made. Single word responses are unacceptable. Include plans/redlines from previous plan submittal.

2. Sheet 3, Dtl. 1; Is this an easement or a 2-foot Hinge point. If it's an easement it needs to be recorded.

3. Sheet 3, Dtl. 2 and Sheet 4 Dtls. 3 & 4; All handicap ramps must be A.D.A. compliant.

4. Sheet 4, Dtl. 6; show a fully dimensioned detail on how the concrete spillway and proposed handicap ramp will be constructed. Will the west curb connect to the existing sidewalk? Please show and or explain.

5. Reminder: All Easements, dedications, right-of-way should be depicted in plan view and labeled with recordation information (docket/page or plat book/page). The approved Development Plan D08-0005, Sheet 2, Note #29 and Detail 2 indicates a proposal of a 0.5' Pedestrian Pathway Encroachment on the property are contained within a public access easement recorded at Docket___ Page___. Indicate the docket & page.
