PROJECT REVIEWER: Richard Leigh, DOT, Permits and Codes Section

Permits and Codes Section has reviewed the PIA Plan and recommends tentative approval of the PIA Plan set. The following comments need to be addressed prior to submittal of the mylar plan set.

1. The proposed 36" HDPE storm drain, within the public rights-of-way, at the northwest corner of the project site is not acceptable. Storm drains within the public right-of-way must be reinforced concrete pipe. Revise accordingly.
