Include Development Services Department PIA activity number "T08PI00019"on cover sheet. 3. Include sealed structural drawings for the proposed modified catch basin in this plan set. 4. Provide supporting hydraulic analysis and calculations for all the proposed drainage structures. 5. Provide details for the proposed catch basin and other improvements on Roasales Street and the proposed 36" storm drain, within the public rights-of-way, at the northwest corner of the project site. 6. Provide curb access ramps must be per PC/Cot Std. Dtl. 207. Proposed ramps are not per PC/COT standards. Refer to redline plans for additional comments and comment details.
