Single word responses are unacceptable. Include plans/redlines from previous plan submittal. 2. Sheet 1, Indicate the Floodplain Use Permit activity number to General Note #22. 3. Indicate the Administrative address of the proposed site. 4. Previous comment not addressed, Plan Symbols and Abbreviations will be accepted only as per the PC/COT Standard Details for Public Improvement 2003 Edition. Refer to Detail No.100, sheets 1 thru 11. Use all that apply. Indicate symbol in legend. Existing text shall have a light pen weight. Existing symbols shall be in a dashed line type. Leaders shall be consistent for existing or proposed. See redlines. 5. Legend; use the PC/COT Standard Detail #101-Abbrevations such as: ABC, AC, AGG, BCR, ECR, EXIST. or PROP., G or GR for Grade, GB for Grade Break, HP for High Point and so on. These are standard notes. Correct and revise. See redlines. 6. The text is too small on the project map. The lettering shall be the minimum of 0.125" in height. See redlines. 7. The project map must show the full extent of the work to be done in the right of way. See redlines for corrections. 8. Sheet 2, All Stationing on plan and profile sheets should increase as you read from Left to right. Note: If a survey is inadvertently run with increasing stationing in the wrong direction (say from south to north), the stationing shall read from left to right, regardless of which way the north arrow points. Reposition plan & profile views as per Office Procedure No. 8-1552-002, Operations Plan - COT/DOT Engineering Div Active Practices Guidelines. Correct. Sheets 2 & 3, Previous comment not addressed, Hinge points of cut and fill slopes must have a minimum setback of two feet from right-of-way. (Slope on private side). D.S. 11-01.9.0 (9.2, 9.3 & Figure 2). Correct Details 1 of sheets 2 & 3. 12. Sheet 2 & 3; Terminal curb section is required at end of vertical curb(s). Indicate Standard Detail number and callout the proposed Stationing, Offset and beginning and ending elevations. 13.
