02/29/2008 | LANCE PETERSON | DOT STREET MAINTENANCE | REVIEW | Denied | We have reviewed this plan and have the following comments: 1. Sheet 2 - Is the pork chop shown at the dirveway at station 20+54 new or existing? If it is new, additional information will be needed for construction. If it is existing, why have you called out to sawcut? 2. It appears that there a couple of new curb access ramps that have not been called out. 3. The north arrow is in the wrong direction. 4.Sheet 2 - Detail A - This detail shows 5" of AC proposed for the new turn lane and it also says to match the existing pavement section. I would match the existing pavement section unless the section is less than the proposed 5" of AC. 5. Will there be any proposed landscaping with this project? If so, please submit the landscape plan to Paul Rosenboom at 4004 S. Park Ave, Bld #2 for review. 6. All work in the right of way needs to be coordinated with Paul Rosenboom at 791-5279 ext 234 to prevent damage to existing landscaping and irrigation. No further comments |
