The following comments need to be addressed in the next submittal. 1. Include the plan number "I-2008-006" in title block of each sheet. 2. Include Development Services Department PIA activity number (T0800004) on cover sheet. 3. Make the lighting plan part of the plan set. 4. Include a note requiring the contractor to coordinate the relocation or placement of any street lighting with the City of Tucson, Electric Shop (520-791-3154). Please Contact Ernie Encinas at 520-791-3154 for street lighting plan review. 5. Sheet 3, Pavement structural detail: The final surface treatment must be a Mix No. 2 or Mix no. 3. Please provide a copy of the geotechnical report supporting the proposed pavement structural section with next submittal. 6. Cross sections are not all representative of cross section call out sections. Verify and revise as required. 7. Provide additional details (size & type) for the proposed scupper relocation at Sta. 14+28, RT & 17+80, RT (Kolb Road). 8. Clarify the beginning and ending of the proposed pavement taper on the west side of Kolb Road. Labeling for beginning and ending of the pavement taper is conflicting. 9. Provide additional information for the proposed relocation of the guardrail between Sta. 29+30 and 39+35 (Kolb Road). Provide Stationing and offsets for beginning, ending and any angle points and show guardrail in applicable cross section. 10.
