The following comments need to be addressed in the next submittal. 1. Include the plan number "I-2008-006" in title block of each sheet. 2. Include Development Services Department PIA activity number (T0800004) on cover sheet. 3. Make the lighting plan part of the plan set. 4. Include a note requiring the contractor to coordinate the relocation or placement of any street lighting with the City of Tucson, Electric Shop (520-791-3154). Please Contact Ernie Encinas at 520-791-3154 for street lighting plan review. 5. Sheet 3, Pavement structural detail: The final surface treatment must be a Mix No. 2 or Mix no. 3. Please provide a copy of the geotechnical report supporting the proposed pavement structural section with next submittal. 6.
