02/07/2008 | LANCE PETERSON | DOT STREET MAINTENANCE | REVIEW | Denied | We have reviewed this plan and have the following comments: 1. Please provide a Streets and Traffic Maintenance signature block. 2. Sheet 2 - Please provide station and offsets for the start and end of the concrete header. 3. Sheet 3 - It appears that some of the improvements are on private property. Who will be responcible for the maintenance of these improvements? 4. Sheet 3 - Note 12 - This note states to end the curb and sidewalk but it does not provide the station and offsets. 5. Is the drainage shown publis or private? The access to the drainage appears to be outside of the right of way. 6. Will there be any landscaping installed with this project? If so, please provide the landscape plan to Paul Rosenboom at 4004 S. Park Ave Bld #2 for review. 7. All work in the right of way needs to be coordinated with Paul Rosenboom at 791-5279 ext 234 to prevent damage to existing irrigation and landscaping. No further comments. |
