Engineering Division does not recommend approval of the building plan or floodplain use permit at this time. The following items need to be addressed to the next submittal: Please include a response letter to the comments along with the corrected copies of the site plan. Building Plan: 1. Provide floodplain information on site plan. Add note indicating that the site is 100% within a City of Tucson regulated, idenfied Flood Hazard Area. 2. List the owner/developer on the plans with the pertinent information. 3. Please label lot dimensions and bearings. 4. Label sight visibility triangles. 5. Provide right of way information demesioned and labeled on plan along with recordation information. 6. Provide biulding plan and floodplain use activity numbers in the lower right hand corner of each sheet of the plan. 7. Additional comments may be forthcoming. Floodplain Use Permit: 1. Provide cost estimate for the material and labor for the proposed conversion of structure from a SFR to Duplex . See attached example for the cost estimate. 2. Additional comments may be forthcoming.
