Engineering Division does not recommend approval of the floodplain use permit at this time. Please address the following review comments prior to the next submittal. Floodplain Use Permit: 1. Identify on site plan which building is being demolished on plan. 2. Provide FEMA information on site plan include community number, FIRM panel, suffix and zone. 3. Indicate Base Flood Elevation = 2572.6' NGVD 1929 Regulatory Elevation = 2573.6 NGVD 1929. Complete conversion as needed from 88 Datum. Provide finished floor elevation of proposed building on plan. 4. Verify that plan represents what is actually on site. Aerial does not match what is depicted on plan provided. 5.
