THe new cost estimate notes that the "above prices reflect values when addition was constructed" if this is the case then the assessed value must be provided for the existing structure prior to the additions being constructed and included in the current assessed value ($94,625). Notes on Page 2 of estimate conflicts with Page 1. FUP needs to be submitted so that a fully review and comments can be provided to the applicant. JG |
