Engineering Division of Development Services Department has received and reviewed the plan 2nd re-submittal of the floodplain use permit package and does not recommend approval of the floodplain use permit application until the remaining comment is addressed. SITE AND GRADING PLAN REVIEW COMMENTS: 1) DS Sec.11-01.4.1.C.4: Provide a detail showing how west drainage swale will be constructed to convey flows from the north equipment display area to assure equipment display area will drain positively, and to assure that this swale directs stormwater toward front of project and away from parcel at 1790 W Sahuaro Dr. Clarify detail section C-C on sheet 2 for the Sections and Details sheet.
