This site plan was reviewed for compliance with the City of Tucson Development Standards (D.S.) and Land Use Code (LUC) for full code compliance. 2. Provide a lot coverage calculation on the plan. 3. Show the location of all utilities on the plan. 4. The proposed setbacks do not meet the minimum requirements. Per LUC Section 3.2.6.5.B the required setback along 22nd Street is 21 feet or the height (H) of the structure measured from the back of future curb. The future right-of-way (ROW) for 22nd is 120 feet there for an additional taking of 20' is proposed. Per LUC Section 3.2.6.4 the setbacks for the interior property lines is the height of the proposed structure. 14' for the east and west and 11' for the south. 5. Additional comments may be forth coming depending on how each comment has been addressed.
